ABOUT RDTI
The Restorative Dental Technology Institute provides high-quality education and practical training to help dental professionals achieve their career goals, enhance their skills and elevate their practices. Our experienced educators bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom and our programs combine theory and practice, giving students the opportunity to work with the latest dental materials, laboratory techniques, equipment and CAD/CAM technology.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At RDTI, we strive to provide exceptional courses and training opportunities. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy:
Refunds for Purchased Registrations
If you purchase a registration for a course, you may request a refund in the form of credit to be used toward another course.
Refunds for Canceled or Postponed Courses-
If RDTI cancels or postpones a course more than two months before the scheduled date, you have the option to receive a refund in the form of credit to be used toward another course.

If RDTI cancels or postpones a course with less than two months' notice, you have the option to request a full refund or a refund in the form of credit to use toward another course.
Liability Limitations
RDTI is only responsible for the cost of the course registration. We are not liable for any personal accommodation or travel expenses incurred by the attendee. These costs are non-refundable and not eligible for credit under any circumstances.

RDTI is proud to partner with Vizstara Professional and Chairside Solutions to offer continuing education (CE) credits for our courses.
For Physicians:-
DA CERP Recognition
Vizstara Professional is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association that assists dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. Please note that ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Vizstara Professional has designated this activity for the stated amount of continuing education credits.
Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp. -
AGD PACE Approval
Vizstara Professional is a Nationally Approved PACE Program Provider for FAGD/MAGD credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by any regulatory authority or AGD endorsement.
This approval is valid from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2025 | Provider ID #31817.
For Certified Technicians:-
NBC Approval
Chairside Solutions is an approved provider with the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC). NBC approval ensures that our continuing education courses meet the high standards required for CDT credit eligibility.
Credit Recognition
Please note that credit acceptance is subject to individual state or licensing board requirements. It is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm the acceptance of credits with their respective certification or licensing authority. Unless otherwise stated, RDTI provides a light breakfast before the course program begins for the day, as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, please inform us at the time of purchasing your registration by emailing education@rdtinstitute.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we recommend reaching out in advance to ensure proper arrangements.
