EXOCAD BASICS:
CROWN & BRIDGES A - Z

COURSE OVERVIEW:

In this intensive two-day course, participants will master designing and producing single crowns and bridges using advanced digital technologies, focusing on practical skills such as green stage finishing, ceramic crown preparation, and aesthetic detailing with BIOMIC stain and glaze, ensuring precise and aesthetically pleasing dental restorations.​

Laptops with all relevant programs/software will be provided, as well as all tools and supplies needed. Attendees may bring their own tools and brushes if desired. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

• Designing single crowns and bridges using Exocad software

• CAM strategies and nesting techniques in Millbox for dry and wet mill production

• 3D printing models using ASIGA MAX UV technology

• Green state zirconia finishing for single units and bridges

• 3D printed models using ASIGA MAX UV technology

• Hands-on milling, stain & glaze techniques
