COURSE OVERVIEW
This course explores the latest in digital denture fabrication using advanced technologies like intraoral scans, facial scanning, and Modjaw. Dental professionals will benefit from learning these cutting-edge techniques as they offer improved precision, customization,
and patient satisfaction compared to traditional methods. Mastering digital workflows and 3D printing with Pac-Dent Rodin print materials enables practitioners to create more accurate and comfortable dentures, enhancing both aesthetic and functional outcomes. This knowledge positions dental professionals at the forefront of prosthodontic innovation, providing them with the skills to deliver superior patient care.
Laptops with all relevant programs/software will be provided, as well as all tools and supplies needed. Attendees may bring their own tools and brushes if desired. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Preliminary Record workflows with IOs
Physiological centric relation with digital 3D designed and printed centric arch tracer
Vertical dimension of occlusion management and digital facebow with modjaw
Creating the digital patient avatar/clone with facial scanning technology for precise
4D smile design
Full denture designing with dynamic occlusion utilizing patient specific condyle angles values, bennet angles values from Modjaw system with Exocad virtual articulator
3D printed try-ins management for final impression and occlusion diagnostics
3D printing protocols and demonstration for full dentures with Asiga max UV
Post processing techniques and assembly of Pacdent Rodin Denture base and 3D printed teeth hands-on fusing system and protocols
Demonstration on denture base and teeth characterization techniques
